Booking Your Appointment

All appointments are booked online via Fresha.

You’ll see services listed by result, rather than rigid systems — this allows me to choose the most appropriate products and techniques for you on the day.

A few helpful notes:

• If you’re unsure what to book, choose the closest match with the longest duration — it gives us time to assess, tailor, and deliver the best result without rushing
• Overlay and extension services are prescriptive and tailored to your nails
• Massage appointments are offered as women-only sessions

Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation with key information to help you feel prepared.

Choosing the right service

You don’t need to know the exact technique or product you “should” book. Choose based on the result you want, and I’ll guide the rest.

• Nails: polished, polish-free tidy-up, or prescriptive strength/structure.
• Pedicures: polish only, polish + dry skin care, or polish-free full maintenance.
• Massage: choose the areas and time, I tailor pressure and approach.
• Brows & Lashes: natural enhancement (no lash extensions).

If you’re between two options, choose the longer appointment — it gives us time to be thorough and keep things calm.

Arriving at The Rainbow Studio

The studio is located at Unit 203, Solent Business Centre, on the second floor.

Entrance
There is one main entrance to the building, located at the end closest to the A33 / motorway side. During business hours, the doors are open. Outside of these hours, please call or text on arrival and I’ll come down to let you in.

Parking

• Parking is available at the front of the building
• Limited side parking (near the entrance) is for short cars only
• Please don’t park beyond the black gate — it closes around 4.30pm and at weekends

Access

• Lift access is available at all times
• Ramp access is available during office hours

You’ll also receive a short arrival recap in your booking confirmation so you have the key details handy on the day.

Your Comfort & Accessibility

Your comfort matters here — not just the treatment result.

A few practical notes:

• Appointments are one-to-one in a quiet, private space
• Breaks are always welcome
• You’re welcome to bring someone with you — I just prefer to know in advance
• Waiting space is limited, so arriving close to your appointment time works best
